Contract manufacturing, often referred to as an "extended workbench", involves outsourcing individual production steps or entire orders to an external service provider. It gives you as a manufacturer the opportunity to outsource certain services to a subcontractor in order to make your own production processes more flexible and economical.
When the order is placed, the company wishing to have cleaning agents produced specifies the time, technical and economic framework conditions to the external manufacturer. The contract manufacturer produces the desired products and delivers them on time.
The contract manufacturer focuses exclusively on the manufacturing process and acts as a subcontractor for the actual chemical manufacturer. It has no contractual relationship with the end customer and is generally not involved in chemical product development or marketing.
If you would like to have cleaning products manufactured, we can offer you a wide range of services as a contract manufacturer. You can commission us to manufacture the products we develop on your behalf as well as to procure the raw materials, mix them according to your recipes or fill the products you provide into bottles you also provide.
The filling, sealing, labeling and packaging of liquids and gels in containers,

If you only want to use the filling, you can choose from two options. On the one hand, you can provide us with a recipe, which we will use to mix the desired product. We then fill this into suitable containers with a label provided and send it to you in ready-to-ship units. On the other hand, you can provide everything yourself: the ready-mixed BULK product, the containers to be used, the required labels and the shipping cartons including their labels. The most diverse combinations of both variants can also be realized.
We take care to provide our services as a contract manufacturer in a cost-efficient manner and are always open and honest in our communication in this regard. If you want us to produce cleaning agents for you in Leipzig, we will inform you transparently about what the required raw materials might cost (if relevant), how many hours the production will take and what hourly rate we charge. You will only receive the total invoice at the end. Should additional payments be necessary, these are usually very manageable.
